I ordered a head cover for my lab 2.1 and I was charged immediately. They shipped it using DHL and I never received it. It seems to be sitting in customs for over two weeks and ready. Golf says there’s nothing they can do to help me. They should know better and have used a better courier like FedEx I will be disputing the charges.
I have two gripes (one fashion, one function). Fashion: lady should be blonde, not brunette (to match Happy Gilmore actress). Function: it fits the putter, but just BARELY; if the cover was slightly longer, it would be a lot easier to put back on. Otherwise, I have no complaints.
