For most rookie quarterbacks season one means holding the clipboard and spending countless hours studying film. That was supposed to be the plan for the Pittsburgh Steelers' Ben Roethlisberger. However that all changed when Tommy Maddox went down with an injury in the third quarter of the second game of the 2004 season. Roethlisberger took over was ultimately named the NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year and has never looked back leading the Steelers deep into the playoffs in both 2004 and 2005.
